Currently, ASOG supports BLASTn databases and Ensembl releases for Homo sapiens and Mus musculus only.
Please contact us if you require support for other species.
The ASOG pipeline requires user to enter a target sequence (< 9 kb) to proceed with a time-saving search procedure that reports a list of ASOs along with associated properties related to hybridization, off-target detection, and splice site masking.
ASOG is designed to enable users to quickly search through the ASO space, freeing up time to focus on decision-making tasks.
Let's Generate ASOs now.
ASOG encapsulates original algorithms and third-party software elements in an integrated process that requires no user intervention.
Please have a look to the About page for appropriate credits.
